The Trip Value Score is a single number from 0–100 that sums up how good a flight really is, once you factor in price, layover quality, historical delay risk for that route and carrier, and how rough the jet lag will be. Instead of comparing five things across ten flights, you compare one number.
We weigh four signals — price relative to what you're getting, layover length and risk, historical on-time performance for that specific route and airline, and estimated jet lag impact — and blend them into one score. No airline or booking site can pay to move their ranking.
Yes — the Basic plan is free and includes Trip Value Scoring on your searches. Premium and Enterprise plans unlock more trips, saved preferences, and team features. See the Pricing page for the full breakdown.
No — we sit on top of the flight search you're already doing and tell you which result deserves your click. When you're ready to book, we hand you off to the airline or booking site you chose.
Click "Start Free Trial" in the footer of any page, or the "Get started" button in the navigation bar. It opens the Hire Aura web app, where you can create an account in under a minute — no credit card required for the Basic plan.
Hire Aura works as a web app today, including an installable PWA version that behaves like a native app on your phone's home screen. Dedicated App Store and Google Play apps are on our roadmap.
Log in to the web app and open your account settings, where you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. If you run into any trouble, use "Contact Support" in the footer and we'll sort it out.
We look at historical on-time performance for the specific route and carrier combination you're considering, not just a generic airline-wide average — a route's delay pattern can look very different from the airline's overall record.
Yes — the Trip Value Score adapts to the kind of trip you're taking, including weighting layover risk and jet lag more heavily for a tight business itinerary. For teams, our Enterprise plan adds shared preferences and company-wide reporting. Use "Speak to Sales" in the footer to learn more.
Both are available any time from the footer — "User Manual" opens the full How-To Guide, and "OnePager" opens the Sell Sheet. Each opens in a preview with the option to download a copy. You can also find them together on our Docs page.
